Pets

Dogs and cats are welcome at Post House but we do have a few restrictions. For complete community rules about other types of pets, please contact our team.

  • $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (applies to each pet, standard breed restrictions, no weight restriction)
  • Monthly Pet Fee: $25 per pet
  • Limit of two pets per residence

Property Fees

Application Fee: $50 per person

  • Admin Fee: $150
  • Refundable Security Deposit: $250
  • Garage Parking: $125

Renter's Insurance: Residents are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance and submit proof of coverage upon move-in.

Is smoking allowed?

Post House is a non-smoking community. This includes common areas, patios and balconies as well as the garage.

How do I contact maintenance?

We hope your apartment maintenance issues are few and far between but on the occasion that you are experiencing a maintenance concern, our team is here to help! Our maintenance team is available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for standard maintenance items. We also have an emergency on-call technician for after-hours and weekend emergencies.

What parking options are offered?

Post House features a private underground parking garage and one parking space will be available for purchase per unit at $125/month. Ample street parking available for guests.

What is the rental criteria?

All residents over the age of 18 must submit a rental application. Applicants will be screened for credit history, rental history, criminal background and must provide proof of income that is equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent amount.

Is rental insurance required?

Post House residents are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout their lease term. A minimum of $100,000 liability coverage is required. Proof of coverage will be requested prior to move-in.

What technology do we offer?

As an exclusive local utility partner, we offer ergonomic and technology driven green initiatives in our homes. This exciting program includes the following options. Only select homes have this specific technology and not all technology is in each home.
