Just two blocks from your front door is Evansville’s Riverfront Park, a 1.5-mile promenade of greenspace, multi-use trails, museums, and monuments along the Ohio River. Whether out for a morning stroll or an afternoon bicycle ride, the Riverfront is always bustling and a great place to unwind or people-watch.

Go to the Park
When it’s time to unwind, getting to greenspace is easy. A short seven-minute bike ride south along Riverfront Park drops you at Sunset Park featuring The Pagoda, initially constructed in 1912, and stunning sunsets over the river.
Newly created bike lanes lead to 80-acre Garvin Park, a city favorite listed on the National Register of Historic Places that features stone bridges, a waterfowl pond, and a WPA-era bandstand.
